on defense you should be holding your defensive points more and stop going for hero plays, there is no reason on third you should leave your best spot on catwalk to bomb back to kill a soldier who's in the middle of a combo and engi. you're more focused on kills than getting good spam, you should be focusing more on getting your damage than kills for your logs. You're more impactful as a deterrent. You should also look into where you should be playing more on some of these points, on upward first you should be playing by the mini ammo pack on the top right instead of catwalk for instance.

You hard commit to anything and everything, idk what it is but you can't help but just tunnel into people. I watched you jump into the combo as they walked up hill when everyone else was playing back or respawning, I watched you walk at an engineer in our spawn and instead of just flaming him down you pull out your melee to kill him then die, I watched you instead of airblasting the heavy who was walking into our combo for the sack you melee him. When we're defending you stick to your med but the med should not stick to you, if you're called out of a uber you should sit on our sniper. You don't need to spend multiple second

You desperately need to review your gameplay with a mentor. At the moment you seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding of how to play heavy and consistently bait your team and take way more beam than you should because of it. For instance last night on upward second you spend 30 seconds sitting unreved outside of tunnel, not pushing in with your engie and soldier BUT ALSO not pushing hill with your combo. You somehow find a way to do nothing when everything is happening. Also when you play tunnel it feels like watching a fever dream, you are incredibly unfocused and unaware.
